Order Changes and Shipping Information

We aim to process your order within 7 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please Note: After processing, we cannot make changes to your order, such as combining orders or modifying shipping details. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Truly Truly Essential Support Team at info@trulytrulyessential.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins.

Shipping Costs & Times

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping within the US on orders over $50.

  • All orders are packaged with care using eco-friendly materials.

  • Shipping costs are based on estimates from USPS and UPS, and every order includes tracking and delivery confirmation.

  • Please note that we cannot control transit times once your package is with the carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We genuinely want you to love your purchase! Our products are handcrafted in small batches, reflecting our commitment to quality and purity—free from preservatives, additives, and chemicals. While this artisanal approach results in unique high quality and fresh products, it also means that all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.  

Before purchasing, please review the complete ingredient list available online and on the product packaging to check for potential allergens. If you have any questions, we're here to help!

In the rare case of a reaction, please discontinue use. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our customer care team for dilution tips.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders shipped via Shopify Shipping are covered up to $200. Additional coverage can be purchased at checkout.

Important: Please contact us immediately if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Truly Truly Essential LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. We also cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that are confirmed as delivered to the provided address. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details.

Due to the natural ingredients in our products, high temperatures may sometimes cause changes in consistency. Please ensure your order is sent to an address where it can be collected promptly.
